How does this benefit you?  As a futuristic person I am inspired by the future and what could be, I inspire others with Visions of the future. As a focuser I Can take a direction Follow through and make the corrections necessary to stay on track, Focusers, Prioritize then act. As an activator I can make things happen by turning thoughts into action! Being a maximizer I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate excellence in my clients. I am always looking to transform something strong into something superb!  Finally as a learner I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve.  The process of learning excites me. You won't get last year's ideas from me. On the right are my current iPod selections. Most of which I have listened to multiple times.

Joseph lives in Washington State with his wife Jeanne and their three daughters. Joseph is a Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP®), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). When he is not Coaching entrepreneurs or speaking somewhere in the country he is probably spending time with his daughters practicing their Irish Dance or making art.
